HOW IT WORKS

• Take photographs of the items you wish to donate, such as furniture, electronics, household goods, toys, and more.
• Trained volunteers assess the items to determine their suitability for donation and provide feedback through the app.
• Once your items are approved, you can select a transportation option to facilitate their transfer.

Afterwards:

• A dedicated team of volunteers manages the processing of donations at the Crossroads warehouse.
• Social workers assist their clients in requesting specific items.
• The donated goods are distributed to individuals in need and various charitable organizations.

PLEASE NOTE:

• You can conveniently hire a van within the app for faster completion of your donation.
• While we do not currently offer collection services, we are open to potential sponsorship opportunities for collection trucks to expand our reach and impact.

• We accept items that are in good condition and suitable for charitable or disadvantaged recipients.
• With GoodCity.HK, you can quickly determine the suitability of your donations by submitting photos for review through the app.

WHAT TRANSPORT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

• Fast commercial van hire: Quickly obtain a quote and book a vehicle with a driver through our app using our partner GoGoVan for efficient transportation. You will directly compensate the driver for any additional loading assistance they provide beyond the base price quoted in the app.
• Self-delivery: Schedule a drop-off time at our Tuen Mun facility through the app and transport the items yourself or arrange for your moving company to deliver them as part of your relocation process.
